Yes they are also like that.  but the same thing effects different parties differently. With YSRCP - they not only have teddy, they also christo identity and moreover their sister married different caste. 

Saying they are like that then why cant we be like this is making excuses - why not be different ? NTR even gave up his CM position for his wife who he loved. TDP was set up by NTR for telugu people- not for his alludu and then his son.

Even justifying sendraal (which i did for many many years in many many forums) as CM is OK but justifying  his son as next TDP vaarasudu  after marrying again in to NTR family is just a little too much.

Jagga set up an entirely new party to honor his father and here we have sendraal giving away his mama party to his very much unproven son.

Bro - what is pawan ? does he have any political power ? then why bother crticising him.

Your entire arguement is they are casteist and family oriented - why cant we be same. why blaming us. 

First situations are little different - read my previous post. second why not be different ? why not have professional leadership with proper representation to everyone ? why be so afraid of another caste or another family? why so feudal ?
