water allocation agreements are based on a number of parameters. Not just what a langa thinks works most in favor to him. In this case Dora showed his contempt for agreements and unilaterally threatened to consume more water.

For a dora everyone is a banchan - including the "natural" rulers the teddies of rayalaseema.

It would be stupid to think that water coming from Krishna will be given to AP in the future. Kaleswaram on Godavari or any number of dams and reservoirs on Krishna will not be sufficient as population is rising in Hyderabad and TG state. Ilantivi inka saana chestharu in the future lol. Better to find alternatives like linking Polavaram to Penna etc.
