This has always been the problem with Andhra rulers, both pre and post bifurcation.

They are very bad at negotiations with other states.

Post bifur, Orissa and Telangana tho ide lolli..2014 kante mundu Karnataka and MH tho ide lolli.

ie chillara lolli la gold standard ante, chandranna dharna at babli...abha bha...gold standard adi aithe. 

Telangana ki kuda KA, MH and Chattisgarh states vunayi paina but issues were resolved with dialogue..

Most of andhra rules were teddy. Vallu natural rulers ani okkadu bokkadikkada. Why are they so incompetent.

No, not at all. Being a upstream state we do not have any need to create tussle. We are in a comfort position.

2019, when two states agreed in dialogue to utilize Godavari water. Jagan and KCR both agreed. Marchipoinara ?
