Never Imagined Jagan & Sharmila Will Take Separate Routes: Vijayamma

YS Vijayamma broke down into tears while addressing the gathering at the launch of YSR Telangana party (YSRTP). Speaking VIjayamma said neither YSR nor his children are thieves being framed by a few leaders from Telangana.

“YSR is a synonym for trustworthy and as his kids Jagan and Sharmila have learned how to gain trust and affection of people. But I never imagined that a day like this would come that Jagan and Sharmila take individual political routes. Yet I hope that they serve the people of Telugu states in distress,” said Vijayamma.

Talking on YSR legacy, Vijayamma said, “Before 2004, the lands of Telangana witnessed blood and it changed after YSR becoming the CM. He made sure to bring a smile on every farmer’s faces in Telangana and he provided water to every farm land. He achieved his goal and so he earned a place in farmers’ hearts. Unfortunately he has passed away and I’m sure that Jagan and Sharmila can take his legacy forward.”

However Vijayamma took out Jagan’s name a couple of times and reminded that Sharmila went on Paadayatra upon the suggestion of Jagan. “I was in fear when Sharmila decided to take up the Paadayatra which was about 3000 odd kilometres. But then she took her father as inspiration and walked all over the erstwhile AP,” said Vijayamma.

Concluding her speech Vijayamma asked the blessings of people of Telangana to Sharmila and expressed confidence that Rajanna Rajyam will be back in Telangana.
