These people are afraid of vast majority of indians and their languages. If they are divided with each other fighintg against each other they can occupy power in delhi and rule.

They want to copy the success of caste system and impose it on to states. The reason caste system is so hard to break is there are too many castes each fighing with another in geographies. This allows tiny upper castes to wield enormous influence.

It's very simple Linguistic some times or most times dominates religion best example Tamil Nadu and Bengal, I have seen language pride in Tamil and Bengali communities in good portion . BJP doesn't want that they want bakara's and polarization mantra how they created in cow belt.
