again it is case by case, generally such relief measures are handed over to people with a chance of survival.

covid is a pandemic and there is no simple answer to it, you cannot baseline a relief measure and it is CM's discretion.

do you have a list of what CBN gave during his tenure, ofcourse the funds are limited and cannot help everyone in need, whoever gets his blessing are lucky enough to survive and sadly that's how things work sometimes it is recommendation from know source, sometimes just humaniterian etc.

Okati rendu cases ni patukuni uguldutaru. TG fund aithe everyday almost 2-3 crores are released on average for such funds. No questions asked and beneficiaries are in hundreds. There might be some who can afford and yet reached out to fund. Just like people who can afford to pay vaccine yet demanded free vaccines.
