This is one one side and another side China & Germany are flooded like anything... Scenes of public stuck in train till chest level and in closed state.

Out side the level of water much more..

Already 2 dams biscuit and one dam under threat. If the big three gorges dam collapses then the world will be affected as there are many companies depending on it. Prices will surely go up with the way it is now already. May be stocking up is a good idea.
