Agree about Kosta but you have to understand that Seema has been backward even now with Kadapa area not even having a decent railway line. Seema has been neglected for decades, even though tables are turning ...

if reddy backing is for ysr party already, why would they pay to convert them?

Local leaders are all reddys, like for example, Bijjam, gangula, bhuma, SV, YV, silpa, budda, BV, Challa, Gowru, Karra, Kotla, SPY.

Majority voters are split among the above list, why will they allow their vote bank converted? YSR is just one family like the above, local leader are more powerful in their own villages and towns.
