because the union govt refuses to concern itself with piffly matters like poverty, malnutrition, education and health.

either take off the limit for union govt borrowing (there's no official limit, but India refuses to spend on bare minimums), or take off the limit for states.

First you fleece a state to borrow @4.5% and then transfer that RBI excess to the union govt. Its pure colonial wealth transfer to delhi.

Allow states to borrow at vastly reduced rates, like 1% for programmes related to health, education, poverty reduction etc.

India is just a slave of the west. catering to their monetary policy protocols even before they asked. fcuking country.

Income in growing, tax collection is widening..of course ipudu chala deficit vundi because of various reasons but it will eventually come down. Almost every state will go through this phase, good thing is that Jagan did all these things by hook or crook during the crisis times and it will pay off…public spending details levu na degara but AP spent good money during this phase..This is very important, This is what every state should do right away, welfare is the need of the hour..
