Few months back prices were normal. Covid valla almost 200k Perugina you houses. Over pay chesi koney batch is almost done and they will repent for some period for their FOMO foolishness for buying such high prices in a mediocre place like Austin. Coz nobody has an answer for it. I dont think it will go down much. However the pace at which it was increasing will subside.
