Maku bidding stopped ani vinna Ikada in Austin which was crazy in the past 10 months or so

Few months back prices were normal. Covid valla almost 200k Perugina you houses. Over pay chesi koney batch is almost done and they will repent for some period for their FOMO foolishness for buying such high prices in a mediocre place like Austin. Ippudu migilindantha padithey kondam ani chusey batch or job valla aa place ki disparately move avvalsina batch.
so it will slow down. Also govt gave approvals for lot of new construction zones to control the inflation !
dikki balisina batch full petti konnaru but the high prices are effecting the property tax paying middle class and lower class people.

Nobody in this thread is saying why it will come to an end? WHY?

Coz nobody has an answer for it. I dont think it will go down much. However the pace at which it was increasing will subside.
