The one and half years ‘Dosti’ of BJP and Jana Sena Party is likely to come to an end very soon as the saffron party wants to go solo. The alliance between the two parties did not yield any result over a period of time and BJP is of the opinion that this alliance did not benefit them.

Apparently BJP is also upset with Pawan Kalyan’s attitude and his style of working. Focusing on films and not being active in politics, have irked BJP and moreover the saffron party still believes that Pawan has a soft corner for TDP. Like the BJP, Pawan Kalyan too is in similar opinion. He behaved so in the Tirupati Lok Sabha by-poll and since then he is occupied with his own work.

With these happenings, BJP has carved out its own path and is planning to solo in AP. For this BJP needs an agenda and religion (Hindutva) looks the only option for them.  Accordingly BJP has raked up the Tippu Sultan controversy and to further ignite this row, AP BJP chief .Somu Veerraju visited Kadapa and voiced the Hindutva agenda strongly.

Then AP BJP has taken up the comments made by YCP MLA from Yemmiganur K Chenna Keshava Reddy. The ruling party MLA made hot comments on cow and slaughtering. Lashing out at the MLA, the AP BJP is demanding the AP government to impose a ban on the cow slaughtering in the state.

The last and only option before AP BJP to win over the people of AP is God and accordingly the saffron leaders are visiting many temples across the state. In between the water dispute between the Telugu states has come like a saviour. AP BJP wants to take this opportunity and is planning to make protests that can counter the ruling party.

Keeping their own agenda, BJP is looking to build the party on its own and they have sent clear signals to the cadre. Simultaneously BJP is searching for strong leaders to field them in all the 175 Assembly segments and 25 Lok Sabha seats. These indicate that BJP is sweating it out to become the third alternative in AP but the alliance with Pawan Kalyan and Jana Sena has played spoilsport. Terming Pawan as a part time politician, BJP is insulting him too.

On the other hand, Jana Sena too is blaming BJP. Jana Sena leaders say BJP is not giving them the due importance but is taking advantage of Pawan’s Kapu community and suppressing Jana Sena.

In all likely BJP and Jana Sena will part ways in the coming days but who will take the third place?
