DONT use rocket or leading tree , Please make sure if you are giving your name and DOB they "THEY" will run your credit.  STart with local credit unions , Each state and county have some specific lender. DM your zip if you want me to help find any credit union lenders

make sure to get closing costs credit, atleast half of it. Its generally close to 1% of ur loan amount.

Check with Desi lenders… they give very good rates…. Also check if there are any lenders that give loans without escrow (if you are doing 20% down)… the rates will Be much cheaper.. 

meet different rates with cash back and compare… go for the lowest rate possible… online rates are never good..
