DONT use rocket or leading tree , Please make sure if you are giving your name and DOB they "THEY" will run your credit. STart with local credit unions , Each state and county have some specific lender. Also check if there are any lenders that give loans without escrow (if you are doing 20% down)… the rates will Be much cheaper.. meet different rates with cash back and compare… go for the lowest rate possible… online rates are never good..
