My opinion - Langas never means ordinary TG people . It refers to a hardcore political supporters who have this entire beliefs that andhrollu are mosagallu and must be kicked out and state must be divided. Its just like any political party beliefs = jaffas, pulkas, bhakts.

A langa can change to pulka or a jaffa or bhakth.

But andhra refers to people born there. So abusing them is a strict NO. There was never any political demand in name of andhra to divde or anything. Personally i am no big fan of word andhra i prefer kostha or just telugu.
