Hep B Vaccine Record for I 6 9 3 Medicals

I'm calling different doctors for medicals and everyone is asking Hep B vaccine record. I'm not sure if i got this vaccine in last 10 yrs or not. Is there a way to do blood test for this or should I take the vaccine?  what everyone is doing?

They do not need vaccine records. They can find out antibody count through blood work. If you got antibodies in blood, you do not need any vaccine. No one must have asked you to bring records. It must be your misunderstanding. The only record that will help is TDAP, which is valid for 10yrs only. Even if you do not have this record, they will give you another shot. Not a big deal. This is one of the reasons to have a primary physician in life. Manam ilantivi cheyadaaniki baddakamaaye!

Hep v vaccine record my doctor didn’t ask. Just MMR and tdap asked for me

Thanks Bro. I do every year annual , at my Dr office they test for HEPATITIS B SURFACE, ANTIGEN but it is not the antibody test , just checks for hep b infection.

doctor tho appointment teesuko bro.. it is an expectation that you will go to their recommended clinic or their office for labs before the doctor's appointment (when you actually see him).. ee lab appointment roju blood draw chesukuntaaru to check for all antibodies.. they also take urine sample at the same time.. so, appointment mundey tank empty chesukuni koorchomaaku.. after this silent time.. and you will see the doctor on another day of appointment for the rest of check ups..

blood work lo antibody check chestaaru.. during this medicals.. and you brought up 10yr.. that is not for Hep B.. that is for MMR.. ask your medicals doctor office on how you can share TDAP record from primary physician's (annual check up) office.. all should be good..

Visit for labs only. A nurse assistant will see you. Draws blood and collects urine sample. You leave.

 

 

 

At this point, if your blood work shows a positive for tuberculosis, you will be asked to go for a chest X-ray. If you got BCG vaccine in the past, blood work may show a fake positive for tuberculosis. Hence, you will be referred to a chest X-ray for confirmation.

 

 

 

 

Day2:
Oopukuntu povadamey. Tanks empty chesukovachu. You will see the doctor. Before the appointment, they will ask you to fill out the general beneficiary related information on I-693 paperwork. Then the doctor comes, reviews the lab results with you while filling out his sections on I-693. The lab results shows antibodies count. If there are antibodies, he keeps checking the boxes. high headed behavior by many doctors.. all you said is true.. vaccination already teesukuntey antibodies vuntayi.. blood work chesedey anduku.. chickenpox manaki vachuntadi.. daaniki malli vaccination akkarledu.. antibodies vuntey.. that itself is a proof and so they do not force you to take again unless he is a bad doctor and trying to make business.. this is something you can ask the clinic manager before the appointment on how they operate.. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to any non-sensible arrogant doctor.. unnecessary double triple vaccinations ki kooda against.. but this is me.. your choice.. 

These civil surgeons/panel physician has the discretionary power to do whatever they want.. You cannot expect everyone to be perfect.. you choose where you take your business to.
