Buy some commercial land and construct a mid size complex and lease out to different businesses like hotel or banks.. That is cheaper than buying an already constructed complex. After construction, your land value will multiply too

Dont invest in already inflated areas like hyd or vizag, chinna towns lo kuda karodpatis unnaru india lo. 

So business lu ekkadaina saguthai, so pick any medium sized cities or towns and buy land there and check once and twice with surveyor to make sure that land measurements are right as per the documents, and buy it and construct a medium sized complex with 40 lakhs or 50 lakhs , banks isthe inka better valle kattukuntaru interior mottham.
