Hamstring pain..pls suggest frnds

Cricket adanu 2-3 weeks back...Leg thigh hamstring pattensindhi ...took almost a week rest... konchem taggindhi ani malli adanu...malli same pain....Youtube videos chusa, suggested to drink some electrolyte waters, gotorade and Bananas frequently. avi kuda chesa...Planning to go and check with Doctor...Should I go to Orthopedic, general physician or Physio theraphy doctor....or any other good solution....Pain ayithey running chesthunnappduu coming ...normal walk okay...daily 3-4 times Bengay apply chesthunna and Ibuprofen tablets vesuthunna pains ki but not much help....Any other solution to get rid of Hamstring issues....Youtube chusa videos...Stretches kuda chesa......Any other suggestions ..evariikanna vachi unte tama amulyamaina salahalu cheppi punyam kottukondi friends ........Thank you.

Too much pain unte better to consult doctor first 

Long term solution is yoga, it really works well.
