Description

Responsible to the Project Manager for managing the performance of a specific work team.  Provide direction to team members by setting their individual goals and objectives.  Provide feedback on work accomplishments to ensure that the goals and objectives



Qualifications:

    * Business knowledge (nice to have)

o    Universal Life Insurance

o    Life insurance

o    Financial service industry

    * Methodology

o    SA&E or other similar structured methodology

    * Technical environment

o    PL/SQL

o    Oracle

o    Java



Nice to have skills:

o    VB

o    Sybase

o    VB.net

o    Unix

o    MQ Series

o    Message Broker
