smoother tread works better on smooth, dry surfaces, and “chunkier” tires work better off-road . Sports bike tyres are engineered to get as much traction out of their 'contact patch' (the section of rubber that actually touches the road) as possible.  So the tires were fine and not to blame

The rear wheel locked up under breaking , that's why you always buy dual channel ABS  system on bigger bikes in india . This triumph ABS system did a poor job

 

It's a combination of slight overspending , sand on road surface , using the rear break a tad too much and just plain bad luck

The actor was indeed driving fast.

TV9 la accident ki mundu few seconds video release chesinaru, a new video clip where one can estimate the speed. He was actually slowing down and hence reduced speed version was captured in the accident video. 
 

Speeding is the real reason for the mishap. Road mida sand vundi, pilli addu vachindi, eduru vunnodu high beam esindu, pakkkai poyetodu indicator eyaledu, iyanni nanga naachi kathalu. 
 

Badluck ledu…bad timing ledu…pure balupu. Inkedo video la chusina, 40 speed zone or 50…andulo manodu kam se kam 80 mida vunnadu few seconds before the skid.
