Rules of thumb in India experience x 2 in WITCH companies so if your experience is 10 years your salary will be close to 20lakhs base. Product companies will be upwards of 3X and depends on tech people are making 70-80L packages easily in India now.. especially FAANG Msft batch.

Seen in one mqgazine that software conpanies looking out to opt for low paying countries like phillippine etc as they feel India is no more a least paying destination in coming few yrs

that depends on the tech , full stack devs with ReactJS , NextJS and NodeJS experiences are getting 15L+ with 3 years of exp.

Kids unte valla school fee untadi  10 to 15 lakh per annum. Nee petrol karche untadi 5 lakh varaki. 80% of your income goes to expenses, inka em save chestav chica

I get pretty close to that in nuthilo dooram po..however mine is techno functional.. MBA kooda add aithey inka next level ki potha

10-15 lakhs annadhi depends ..not every school  asks that. 

if you have two in the family earning.. appudu 1 cr per year..taxes ponu easy ga your monthly income is 6 LPM.

 

the main point is , the style,comfort and standard of Living has very well increased in Metropolitan cities..We almost get everything with just extra price compared to US. 4 cr (4 years of our income ) anukuntey villa osthadhi...two earning lo half loan ki poyina..8 years lo the Villa is mine anna security osthundhi.

adem ledhu , work environment is same in India as well.. infact I work mostly 4 hrs a day and 2 hrs on calls.. My team is very well planned in terms of work..even though we deliver 70% of the work compared to 30% onsite.they have downsized onsite resources and that saving willbe added as Bonus to India team this year end
