Present direct vendor....long term contracting..

 

FT with govt kinda of company benefits with 12% less base pay from current.... but 10-12% bonus with 4 weeks pto.... plus 6% company match and pension plan...good insurance etc...

 

present work boring plus pani ledhu daily 2-3 hrs...new job may be challenging..

Obviously FT job better kada bayya.. future lo emaina adventure cheyyali anipisthe malli contracting ki vellu

One question to ask yourself.. when everyone around is looking for a pay hike, why are you considering a job with a lower pay than your current job? Don’t you have other options that gives you high pay??

FT job here in US is not secure as many think.. it actually gives you a false sense of security…
