Current BJP govt is very fiscally conservative , they think taking on more debt is bad even if it means growth is slow. 

They even revised the borrowing rates lower by almost 1 lakh crore for FY22 less due to higher fuel taxes 

Even adani & Ambani do not benefit from this mindless taxation on essential fuel , the economy is still less than what it was after  2019 election .
