FTE here.....but ee international politics and work pressure, demgaleka pothuna 

promotions/pay raises ki nana sankalu nakali

 

atleast mana desi gallu iythea......we can play politics in par kada!!! 

and we can progress in careers much faster.....imo

politics emo kani witch lo pay less more work more stress and career growth also not much impact anipisthundi.. faang lo atleast goddu chakiri chesina good pay, satisfaction that u r working for a top american company, future prospects and the like are the +++ stress levels no idea as i never got an opportunity yet

not particularly in FAANG, but i am non-desi work area

top american company working ani cheppu kodaniki thappa, work satisfaction/recognition top 5/10% ki thappa inka em undadhu 

atleast witch company lo, manam ikkadea masters chesam kabati we can show negotiation/communication skills.....i am not talking Dev/lead roles......i am more talking tech manager roles here
