Diff application dates Antey you can file application for EAD and GC and you can even get EAD approval 

final date move aytey you can get GC also anthey diff

@csrcsr are we at least going to get EAD’s for 2013 as we already applied? Will they consider the dates when we applied or when they process it? It has been an year that we applied for it.. these Texas service center guys are moving at snail pace…

Yes. Once you applied for 485 you will get EAD regardless of dates movement.

I140 downgrade pending lo undi… friends got approval in a week when they upgraded to premium… thinking whether to do it or not!!! What do you guys suggest?? Better to wait? 2013 feb priority date…

When you downgrade, you have both 140’s… right? You can use whichever you want at the time of filing 485…
