No ,the area of sricity is just 7000 acres while Dholera investment region is around 2.2 lakh acres. 

The model is different too , sricity is completely private while dholera is PPP with base infrastructure built by govt 

sricity lo state govt paisa kooda spend cheyaledhu.  All roads , drainage , water supply,powe infra was paid by sez owners themselves. 

Andhra state did not even build a single bus stand for sricity

Sricity  andedhi different aba , it's like Chennai extension.  Just like hosur in tamil nadu. 

Very few places like that are possible in india
