For profit doesn't mean flamboyance or extravagance. In fact, rich people are usually rich because of they don't show off what they have. People who make large purchases (cars, dresses, houses) are usually broke as shitt but want to show off their wealth. Two people don't need more than a two bedroom house. Anything more than that is just for the show.
