2tiers cities investment better than big cities antava bro? Is it better to invest around Hyd blore or any 2tier city in AP or TG?

Future secured man. Mid size towns and suburbs, is the growth area.

Already gajam laksha datina area la koni emi peekutam ? entha perigina risk ae..

better to invest in upcoming suburbs..

Anthe kaka. After 2 to 3 L tharvatha cap ayithadhiii per sq yard. And also too much risk with regulations and encroachments prime area lo unte. Not my cup of tea.
