They don't have to, how much they invest is their business. Did Jagan anna say he will stop all construction if he comes to power when he ran for the CM, no? I don't care if TDP comes back, or magically JSP comes to power. Either of them will invest more than what YCP is doing. Jagan in all his glory, can't move to brick from Amaravathi.

It's not about Constitution, it's about contractual agreements made by the Government to individuals. How can they go back on legal clauses? Why do we have courts if not?
