diet important kadha. cardio cheyyatam waste malla if you are eating unhealthy food. mixture antha total avoid. anything with refined sugar in it total avoid.

ela avoid cheyyali antey.. will power aey. self control. anthey.. koddi rojulu kastanga undachu. taravatha maamulu aypothadi.

tvaraga tinesey.. like before atleast 7pm. late nights emi thinavaddu

youtube lo dr. Berg ani okadu edho keto diet meedha cheptadu simple ga. I haven't watched all his videos, but you can try. he has some good advice.

also cross check every advice you hear with pubmed sources to see if its good. internet lo edhedho cheptaru andaru.

doc ni direct ga velli adigi time waste cheskoku, unless they are your friend. docs em chepparu. they dont give a fcuk.

nuvvu diet plan chesko. nutritionist ni consult chey, or read up on the internet. mostly carbs thagginchu. time ki thinu. koncham tirugu, exercise chey.. you'll be fine.
