Previous employer not providing experience letter. Will need that letter for labor filing.

Is there any workaround if employer not providing experience letter. What are my options?

file a case with department of state and department of defense

on serious note, affidavits from other employees works equally well

Old vacation letters or offer letters vunte nuvve marchi chesey lavada vadu ichedi endi.

You can get letter from a colleague in previous company.

Lawyer might say they need it on prev company letter head... but if that is not possible, you can get a letter on plain paper and get their redacted W2 forms to prove that they were employed during your period

Also check if their HR if it's a big organization

Has anyone got 140 approved with  affidavit from colleagues?? Any chances of getting rfe?

Affidavit with letter head works. RFE radu em radu. I wasted a lot of time & money on this. Dont think much.

Employer tho pani ledu… evvadanna colleague vunte vaadi tho teesuko and don’t need letter head also… plain paper meeda vunna okay… just sign, email and phone number would be enough from your colleague

You can use offer letter, and other docs which doesn’t have sensitive info as evidence, 

Few companies doesn’t provide them and you cannot complain like someone stated above

I did this in the past, it worked for me without rfe
