North Texas areas schools are far better than Austin !

Frisco Plano Allen SouthLake schools far better in Texas !

Under 500K and good school District doesn't exist side by side in Austin Area..

Just to get an idea.. go to Zillow or Redfin and search homes in Eanes ISD and Dripping Springs ISD.. 

If you are looking for more desis and good schools search for Avery Ranch, Round Rock or Ceder park.. You will know what I am talking about... Anywhere between 800K- 1 million..

Or look for growing area with a lot of investment into school Dist with desis look for Leander ISD.. Even this is crowder now with houses around 600K-700K range
