Goa is the state where independents can influence the overall voting patterns. Out of forty seats, at least 15-20 seats can swing either way mainly because of local players.

Independents together will get the third highest vote %. TMC impact will be negligible, but MGP can mop up some decent percentage which can damage the prospects of Congress.
