Weather, schools and desi culture aithe… Dallas, Texas best.. house prices have gone up a lot (of course, this is everywhere).. but with 2 jobs, I think you can easily buy a nice home in Texas… No state tax but high property taxes will cover that.. also you will find some or the other relatives and friends here.. don’t go to Austin, there are very few good schools there and no homes are available.. Houston idea ledu.. also you have to fly to visit any decent tourist place.. not many places to see in TX.. we mostly do campings, trails and visit lakes here a lot..

FL is good too for low cost living.. nice warm weather like India… great tourist places to see and lots of beaches.. no state tax, less property taxes… you can save lot of money..

Remote jobs is a blessing. But there are so many other factors also to consider.

Property taxes, schools, food scene, outdoor activities, weather, desired home size - ila chala untayi kada.

Phoenix, Atlanta, Colorado, Raleigh, Maryland, TN, Nevada - ila raka rakala opinions untayi.
