Kerala had unique benefit of having 51% literacy at 1950 while rest of india was at 18%. While they have good parameters , it's not a case emto appreciate

Tamil nadu is the ideal state to follow because they were poorer than andhra in 1970's and even comparable to many bimaru states.

AIADMK came from DMK which came from DK started by periyar. Tn did not have "national" parties like BJP/Congress. Thats one of the main reasons.

Also based on income alone andhra still has lower poverty rate than TN.

Poverty rate in Andhra Pradesh went from 21.5 % in 1994 to 30% by 2004 under your "development" party 

Props to congress party for reducing the massive 30% to 11% in just in just few years time
