My daughter is facing lot of struggle in jobs bec of fakes everywhere. Dont know how to console her.

Baaa yee desham baa? May be I can help. Plenty of jobs everywhere in IT across the World. More roles and lesser people. Surprisingly the markets like UK, France and Germany which were never lucrative for IT pros, have more IT jobs than the number of people.

We are well off, she wants to stand on her own feet without help but she is seeing the reality now and realizing how hard to land in job. She dont want any pointers even she is trying to figure out why cvs are not even short listed then she realized how this market with corrupted with fake resumes.

Ok baa, got it now. Its a harsh reality. Let her fight on her own. Mostly this problem comes for IT industry only AFAIK. Looks like ABCDs and Native American people have to fight with these fake CVs, the fight which might be more difficult than the Independence struggle waged by European settlers in USA against the suppressing CROWN forces from their native lands of UK, France, Germany during 1600-1776.

I feel  for your daughter. Most of the people replying with intent "that is ok" or "thats how the world is" are the batch who landed in the jobs in unfair manner. Until they face this issue themselves, they wont feel the heat. 

 

Ask your daughter to get help from professional resume consultant, they will help her in writing a better resume.
