naranjaX Posted January 5, 2022 Report Posted January 5, 2022 Based on my recent experience in a different locality there was cut throat demand for new homes by a well known builder and I had to wait in line like we do for Thanksgiving sale in order to be able to procur newly opened lots which ultimately ended up in a bidding war where I was able to luckily get a home I like for about 15% over the initial price ... again this only my experience which might not be representation of the general housing market 1 Quote

Just within last 1 year.. 40% increase in house prices is not sustainable. Wait until market correction happens.. these are the first places to get a reality check and affected..
