Around 56 anukonta but my previous doc said just maintain and not serious ante matladindi but looks like i neglected a lot of things 

every 6 months checkups cheskovale and partied a lot past 1 year

1.5 years lo 5.6 to 6.8 vellidante gattigane enjoy chesinattlunav baa lol.. anyway, diet correct chesko, lost weight and move more.. will definitely help.

Colleague ki ee problem vachindi similar 6.9 ish..it will lead to erectile dysfunction...be careful..Life style change cheyakopte have to face serious consequences.

Eat healthy foods like nuts, seeds, green leafy veggies.. Avoid refined sugars and salt. Do cardio (5 to 6 days) and strength training (2 to 3 days). Keto is short term, don't do that

R u serious? What was the hba1c for your husband pre covid? Any data or its just you saying could be due to covid?  10.9 is way too high em peduthnav
