If they run an ssn trace they can simply find current address if any bank  or dl is from the state you are working which is not in lca

Nek every year okasaari free credit history chuskovachu , check in that if current state address undemo . That might be the reason usccciss found it out

1. In the NOIR it says response window will be 30 days but due to pandemic I heard that there will be extra 60 calendar days to respond. Can someone please confirm? 

2. I’m thinking to transfer my h1b to another employer before my current employer respond to NOIR. In this scenario if my h1 transfer is approved, is there any possibility that it will be approved without i-94 since I’m transferring while NOIR is pending? 

If it is approved without I-94, I can’t really cross the border due to pandemic and new born kid. Please suggest.

 

my frd had same issue longtime back.

he moved to new project with new employee got h1b with i94.. and noir also he responded ..which got revoked after 8months.

now he got gc

Thank you for the information. But here I’m trying to move to different employer with same client but now with correct LCA information. Do you think it will be same?

Yes. We are thinking to do transfer in premium and we will ask current employer to withdraw the petition which got NOIR instead asking and getting revoked later

most of noir gets revoked.  gud luck.. h1 transfer is best option.. and try to avoid i797 copy whic was revoked to put in future h1 filings
