I used it when I was looking for job change. They have pretty cool templates. It's $3 for 15 days. 15 days were enough for me to download a bunch of templates..

general rule is never more than 2 pages.. 1 page ideal. It goes against most of the consulting resumes that desis have - which detail each and every detail and run to 6/7 pages!

For 10+ exp, try to limit to 2-3 pages. Pick a template that works best for you.

You are talking about Executive roles where they have to show how to develop or improve the business and they will have the same format. They can write in 10 bullet points. It will work for them

If you are a developer, Lead, architect

1) Write your summary (10 points)

2)  Key skills (Table format)

3) Write 3 -4 roles (Role Name, duration, and 5 to 6 key responsibilities). Dont put all projects. Highlight the role and add projects for this role

4) Education in table format

5) Certifications in tabular format

If you do like this , it will come around 4 pages

Moreover, for an interviewer, Your resume is the only ask any questions. What challenges you have faced so and so projects. What design pattern you have applied so and so project.

If you are applying for FAANG or MAANG and then your resume is a complete trash. They have their own interview methodology.
