This is some remote shamabad village but in about 100 acres, chiru owns couple of acres house in core of jubilee hills. Vishnu rents a house  in film nagar/jubilee hills area from one of our acquaintance, he used to pay some 5 lakhs per month(the property is worth about 25-30 cr).
