It never bothered me and the cops know what's going on but use them for extra eyes and ears for the bigger crimes that they want to solve. One time I saw a bunch of street walker girls being all surrounded by Metro and thought oh boy these girls are busted, then after awhile of watching what was happening I heard the cop and group of girls laughing and noticed nobody was being arrested, that's when I realized they are working together under the table so to speak so cops can gather information from them......just my opinion.
