Credit card closed due to inactivity(update)

City bank vadu closed my account due to inactivity. Excellent credit score, zero late payments, customer for over 8 years. They didn’t even care to give a heads up before closing the account. This will have impact on my credit score, but they don’t care about it. They don’t have a way to reopen, except to reapply.

just an fyi post.

Reopened account upon request with a soft pull, credit limit increased.

Citi bank is a ghetto bank man.. worst customer service. The only reason I would consider them is because of the 2% cash back card but now there are some alternatives for that
