AP is affordable?? AP has one of the highest land rates compared to any other districts in TG except Hyderabad surrounded districts…

major income for AP was the registration fees bcoz of the high land rates… when construction went down (due to sand scarcity and labor shortage), that brought down the registration revenue to the state as well..

Not really kaka...Hyd will be like Mumbai and TG  will be like NCR region extended to haryana and  westernUP.

TG will be expensive city...Just like Mumbai which has more millionaires at the same time, more and more working class migrant population from all over India.
