Socal aithey changes are you will get a 1500 sft house 1950's built for that price.. Plus salaries are very much like any other medium size city.. or may be around 10 % higher than TX..

Exactly.. That is Norcal. There is lot of California except for the bay area.. infact adey chepeedi.. 1M ki bay area illu raavu babu.. People moved 100 miles away atleast to afford one

Socal lo normal salaries just like anywhere else. But you pay CA taxes and housing is worst (High prices, Old houses, hefty HOA, etc).
