Fake hype and some tax policies. Full crazy unna deggariki pokapovatamay manchidi… if you are already there it’s okay to stay there (at your own risk) otherwise don’t even look at it .

But still 1M home 1.25% tax in Ca = 12,500 per year and same size house for $500K in Austin 3% which is 15000 ba

Can’t compare CA with TX uncle.. salaries ane kadu chala factors lo kuda

moreover 4000sft lo house ante now u have to spend 750-800k in Austin too

CA lo state tax nunchi property tax money claim cheyyochu..its not the case in TX
