we have close to 290K visas available this year, it depends on how many of these visas are used by rest of the world folks first, whatever left comes to Indians as most backlogged, consulate open aite this number will be used more by RoW folks resulting in less visas for Indians that will be made available in the last quarter, july/august bulletins

all those who were able to file did in Oct 2020, they have enough applications not to move dates any further

only once this happened to you..it happened 3 times for me same position..they hired 3 citizens worthless candidates so far just because i dont have EAD or GC..all 3 left within 6 months..
