Malli back vallataniki kashtam ga undi I personally two people who are very close who was on insulin shots and the other one on full.metformon they did for 3 months , even now they eat healthy food like millets occasionally they enjoy sweets biryani etc it has been 18 months all levels normal may be slight weight gain because water weight fast ga vastadi , even no high fat fasting helps you it has to be a life style change 1 Quote
