Dilemma to apply for jobs or not

My current FTE is becoming a headache because of my bossy manager

Job change ki apply cheddam anukuntunna.. but I have 7 months left in current h1

I140 approved long back and 6 years of H1b also done, so new job lo perm/i140 must naku

so if I change company in say 2 months, how should I proceed? is it a good idea asalu or should I bear with him until my renewal here is done and then look for job?

my doubts:

can h1 extension and transfer with new company be possible with only 6 months remaining? I140 with previous company tho? or will there be any issues?

if they say they will only file for PERM after 6 months after joining the job will that be any issue?

any other issues that I am not able to guess that I may have to face?

I want to look for another job asap but ee h1b renewal and new perm/i140 valla doubts vastunnayi

suggestions?
