Today same issue..

800K illu konta ante... 600K loan tesko..... 3.9% APR vesko. ..u will pay 2851 as mortgage per month,

on top of it ne local taxes, monthly expenses ani kalipi veyi..

and check if that fits in ur budget...

ledu ante...go for 700K home...

Calculate your DTI (Debt to Income ratio). This should be 50% or less for conventional loan. 

DTI = mortgage + taxes + car payment + loan min payments (check here for more : https://www.rocketmortgage.com/learn/debt-to-income-ratio

as someone said above, calculate mortgage + taxes + insurance and see if you can tolerate it for next 10 years. if you can then you are ready to buy.
